How to Reduce Envelope Skewing on our FP Folder Inserters.  

Envelope Skewing is usually due to envelopes that do not lay flat. This video will show you how to bend your envelopes before loading them into the inserter, this will help reduce or eliminate the skewing. If you are getting documents jamming on the insert table it is most likely that your envelopes are not coming up square on the insert table. This is because the envelopes are warped and are skewing (coming up crooked).  Then when the inserter tries to insert documents into the envelope the documents are hitting the side of the envelope, causing a jam.
